Individual Membership Fee- $25.00 per year hunt
Camp Membership Fee - $100.00 per year
All memberships are on a calendar year basis (Jan.1-Dec31)

Upon reciept of this membership applicationform and the appropriate membership fees, an offical reciept will be forwarded to the camp's contact person and membership cards will be forwarded to all hunt camp members.
